We also work with a wide range of cruise partners from luxury small yachts or ships, family friendly ships to expedition cruising experiences and everything in between.

In order to ensure that our advisors are able to dedicate the time required to each of our valued clients, we charge professional planning fees for our time and expertise. Our fees vary depending on a number of factors including complexity of travel and trip duration.

Our Professional Trip Management Fee, is non-refundable, and provides :

Our time before, during and after your journey in research, management, communication and support.
Personal Relationships - Our agents have access to special offers from top travel suppliers around the world.

We do offer a 30 minute complimentary consultation at the start of the planning process so we can learn a bit more about you and your wishes for your trip. Then to move forward we do ask for an upfront fee to know you are committed to working with us before we dedicate our time and efforts to providing you with a number of proposals for your trip. Our planning process progresses to a more detailed consultation to better understand your travel style and desires for this trip and then we provide you with up to 3 initial proposals. We work collaboratively with you to refine your itinerary until it meets your needs. Our care and dedication to your plans continues throughout your travels and after your return.

We’ll first get to know you—and uncover all the details about your dream vacation—on your complimentary consultation call. This will allow us to customize your proposal to your exact desires (and add in extra special touches tailored to your travel style!).

Create

We’ll prepare and present your customized proposal, and we’ll also gather feedback so we can make any tweaks necessary to ensure it’s a perfect fit for you. Once we finalize your itinerary, you’ll make your trip deposit—and then we’ll take it from there.

Curate

Leave all of the bookings for your vacation to us, including your flights, hotel, transfers, and private tours. We’re here to create a seamless trip experience from beginning to end, so you can expect every leg of your journey to fit together perfectly.

Countdown

As your trip approaches, we’ll meet with you again (either in person or over Zoom) to go over all your trip details and answer any questions. You can rest easy while you travel as well—your dedicated advisor is available 24/7 if you need any assistance.
